A tall man with a sharpen pair of grey eyes and a serious expression on his face. This is Amr, the elder brother of Shilaneh and the complete opposite of her.
He's pessimistic with a natural talent to see only the bad side of the medal. He's also sarcastic, touch less and he loves taking fun of people.
At first sight, Amr is the person everyone try to avoid, but if you're able to get in touch with him and gain his trust (that is plain difficult), you discover a wonderful man who likes to joke and ready to help.

Amr has a special bond with his sister. He's the big brother and he always felt the need (still today) to keep an eye on Shilaneh to protect her. He tries all the time to keep her out of troubles, but his manners are not the best. This is why they spend the large part of their time quarrelling as dog and cat.

There's another detail of Amr that must be mentioned. He's one of those guys with a very close mind: he thinks men are the best and have to take care of everything while he saw women as frail creatures that need protection.
This point of view is the main reason Shilaneh is so mad at him.

Amr can sound harsh, severe, a bit too rude, but this is his way to be. He always says what he thinks. But he has a big virtue: usually he understands when he passed the limit and he's able to give you excuses no matter of his strong and proud temperament.

He's the oldest of the group. He hates when someone points out at his age. Amr is not vain, but he cares of his look. For example, he always keeps his hair under some rugs (following the fashion of the moment - lol) to don't show his silver head.
